Acceptance of Terms

By installing the PomodoroBlocker Chrome extension or using the PomodoroBlocker website (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

PomodoroBlocker is a productivity tool that helps you stay focused by blocking distracting websites during timed work sessions. The Service includes a free tier with basic features and a premium tier with additional functionality.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension or any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to interfere with other software, networks, or systems.
• Share, resell, or redistribute your premium subscription access.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits.

Subscription & Billing

Premium features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Recurring billing — your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
• Cancellation — you may cancel at any time from your account page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds — we do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us.
• Price changes — we may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design elements of PomodoroBlocker are owned by us. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service. You retain ownership of any data you provide (such as your blocked-site list).

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the extension or website.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
